Jacklyn Findlay Properties (JF Properties) is a dedicated property management firm based in Bedford, known for its personal touch and local expertise. Our collaboration focused on revitalising their digital presence, transforming an outdated platform into a sleek, high-performing brand identity. By modernising their visual system and web infrastructure, we aimed to reflect the professional reliability and contemporary standards that define their property management services today.

Challenge

The original JF Properties website and brand assets felt stuck in a previous era, failing to communicate the firm’s growth and modern approach. The visual identity lacked the technical polish needed for high-quality print materials and seamless digital navigation. Our primary goal was to overhaul the visual identity system to create a more sophisticated, “boutique” feel that remains highly accessible, ensuring the brand could compete effectively in the fast-paced Bedford property market.

We delivered a refreshed brand and a robust digital home designed for long-term growth. Key outcomes include:

• Colour Palette Optimisation: We recalibrated the brand’s core black and white tones to better align with a premium identity. We also introduced new accent colours to create sharper contrast, ensuring the brand remains vibrant and functional across both digital screens and physical signage.


• Modern Typography: To achieve a professional yet approachable aesthetic, we implemented Montserrat for headings to provide a sleek, modern edge. This is paired with Roboto for body copy, selected specifically for its high legibility and accessibility in property listings and technical documents.


• Enhanced Web Experience: We recreated the website from the ground up, focusing on a clean UI that simplifies the user journey. The new site serves as a polished digital storefront that effectively showcases their portfolio while maintaining a fast, responsive user experience.


• Maintenance & Hosting: Beyond the design, we provided a comprehensive hosting solution. This includes a one-time annual payment structure that covers year-long support, regular maintenance, and security updates, giving JF Properties total peace of mind regarding their digital infrastructure.
